Irene Soti is the founder of The Root & Resin Shop and a registered Traditional Medical Practitioner, formally recognized by the Department of Culture under the Ministry of Gender, Culture, the Arts & Heritage (Republic of Kenya).
Her work is rooted in traditional herbal knowledge and guided by a deep respect for plants as both medicine and teachers. Irene is passionate about making plant-based wellness practical, intentional, and accessible—bridging ancestral wisdom with modern, everyday living.
Through The Root & Resin Shop, she develops and curates high-quality herbs, herbal extracts, teas, functional blends, and essential oils. Her work is closely paired with education, empowering individuals to understand how and why herbs work, and how to use them safely and confidently as part of daily wellness.
